According to the provisions of the notice from six departments, including the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, regarding the implementation of the "Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Accelerating the Reform of the Registration System for the Integration of Business Licenses, Organization Codes, and Tax Registration Certificates" (Industrial and Commercial Enterprise Note [2015] No. 121), the company actively worked and successfully completed the integration of the "Business License, Organization Code Certificate, and Tax Registration Certificate" into a single document on December 1.
The so-called "Three Certificates in One" means that the previous practice of submitting application materials separately to the industrial and commercial, quality supervision, and national and local taxation departments, obtaining business licenses, organization code certificates, and tax registration certificates respectively, has been replaced by a one-time application to obtain a business license with the "Unified Social Credit Code."
This initiative is a significant step taken by the country in its business system reform since October 1 of this year. The nationwide implementation of the "Three Certificates in One" registration system for enterprise registration will greatly enhance the efficiency of business operations.
